Common information
We are preparing competition on the afternoon 13th May. 2024 as organizer.
If you want to come and set up after 15:00 of 13th May.
Therefore, you can send your equipment to the venue, you can specify the delivery date after/on 13th May. morning.
If you send before that, you can’t receive your equipment at the venue.
Oversea
-Competition Organizers are responsible for all import, export, and customs clearance procedures.
-If necessary, the organizers could contact the Secretariat Office-endorsed freight service providers(See below):

上記と同じく、石川組 望月様(E-mail: k_mochizuki@ishikawa-gumi.co.jp)に連絡を取っていただくのが基本ですが、直送しても良いです。
但し、直送の場合は、事務局(icra2024@rt-net.jp)に事前にご連絡の上、5月13日以降の配達日指定でお願いします。（事務局から石川組のほうへ直送で来る旨、手続きします。）
