The following information is to inform you that the procedure for the Invitation Letter for VISA issuance has been coordinated.
-Fill in ‘Visa Invitation Applicants_Exhibitors’ attached the information of the person who will be coming to Japan and return it to us.
-ID, pass and the registration website are informed by mail later.
Basically, participants has ID of ICRA2024. We recommend you to get VISA information from registration site.

- Register your own information on the website,if there are no problems, an invitation letter will be issued
The invitation letter provided in this procedure does not serve as a VISA.The participant must research, contact and apply to the embassy/consulate by himself/herself to obtain a VISA.
